Staying fit

First, get the frisbee on the cone.

Then do 5 sit-ups.

Then run to the back yard and punch the boxing thing 15 times.
      
Then Run around to the sleep out and lift the weight 5 times on each arm.

Then do 3 press-ups.

Then go to the treadmill run on 8 km/ph for 45 seconds.

Then get out of the sleep out and jump the obstacles.

Then throw the frisbee into the bucket.

Then go on the tramp and do 5 normal jumps 5

backdrops and 10 tuck jumps.

This is what my family does every day for exercise.
